Paper Submission Guide
All authors should prepare full versions of papers in
Microsoft Word (DOC) or Portable Document Format (PDF). Papers
must be limited to six pages, including text, references, tables
Submissions will be accepted via iConference submission system through the link : http://confsys.iconf.org/conference/wceee2021 or directly by email email@example.com.
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Accepted papers after undergoing a preliminary review and rigorous peer
review will be published in International
Journal of e-Education, e-Business, e-Management and e-Learning , which will
be indexed by Inspec, BSCO, Google Scholar, ProQuest, etc. Pleaes
format your paper using the specific template
Selected papers in the field of e-education will be published in International Journal of Information and Education Technology, which will be indexed by Scopus, Inspec, EBSCO, Electronic Journals Library, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc. Please refer to the paper format and template here.
If you plan on just making oral or poster presentation of your work without publishing it, please simply submit the abstract to us by using the template here.
Each paper must have a full registration for presentation of the paper at the conference and for inclusion of the same paper in the conference proceedings. Each registration entitles to publication of only one paper. If co-authors of the same paper want to attend the conference, they also need to register.

The registration fee includes: a hard copy of conference program/abstract, certificate, coffee breaks, USB proceedings, lunch, gala dinner and admissions to all the technical sessions.
Presenter Registration applies to participants who tends to make presentations of their papers without publications. Fast channel for Listener Registration is available.
Cancellation Policy for Registration
Cancellation before May 15 is possible subject to an
administration fee of USD 30.
Cancellation between May 15 and May 30, the cancellation is possible subject to an administration fee of 50% of the payment made.
Cancellation after May 30, no refund is possible..
